Using Zspheres in ZBrushFeel free to experiment with shapes when starting your design. Use the Draw manipulator to add more ZSpheres and the Move manipulator to adjust. For switching between these tools I will suggest you work with shortcut keys of them such as for Draw tool press Q button of the keyboard, for Move tool press W.
