If your model has subdivision levels, before beginning to pose, some sort of skeleton so that it can be posed. This can also be done by simply using the Move Brush at a Draw Size and a ZSphere above it slight change to a single vertex while in Preview.

Pose your model using Rotate or Move.

How to RIG in Zbrush! - 60 Second Tutorial
Hi Guys I'm trying to make my game and I want to use ZBrush to make my character models, but I want to animate them, to use them in unity with. ZSphere Rigging Step-by-step First, draw a ZSphere on screen and go into Edit mode. Go Tool > Rigging >Select and select the mesh that you want to rig. I have sculpted a 3d model of a creature on Zbrush, and finished it up at around 9 mil polys. My idea was to pose this creature on Blender.

The positions of the ZSpheres are important but are not the only determiner for the effect on your skinning. It should work now. If you need a more complete rig, it is the same procedure will all the rigify. In ZBrush this is done using a ZSphere structure.
