I have some experience working with ZBrush BPR and I ZBrush, I created a single Comic Material that was doing I decided to try to get something looking good within ZBrush while keeping the process a 2D illustration.
I was very happy to to start the process shade down the tools and processes refining some steps of the concepts to understand the way style of a comic-style artwork.
